If your planner or agenda has a foil-stamped engraving, it is possible that the foil color (gold, silver, or rose gold) may fade over time. To ensure your product lasts as long as possible, I recommend handling it as little as possible with your fingers. Your fingers contain natural oils that can cause the foil to fade more quickly.

My engraving has faded, what can I do?
The policy is that I will re-engrave it for you at no cost; you only need to pay for the shipping. Please send an email to quirine@plagnifique.co, and you will receive further instructions by email. The condition is that you have handled the planner/agenda properly and that the fading is not a result of careless use.
